1. 本規約について

本規約は、デスクトップアプリケーション「Dependa」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストールまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 本アプリの目的

本アプリは、ソフトウェアプロジェクトが利用する依存ライブラリの脆弱性およびライセンスリスクの検出を補助するツールです。

3. 免責事項

3.1 検出精度に関する免責

  • 本アプリは脆弱性およびライセンスリスクの完全な検出を保証するものではありません。
  • 脆弱性データベースおよびライセンス情報は定期的に更新されますが、最新の情報を網羅していない場合があります。
  • スキャン結果は参考情報としてご利用ください。

3.2 判断責任に関する免責

  • セキュリティ上の判断および法務上の判断の最終責任は利用者にあります。
  • 本アプリのスキャン結果のみに基づく意思決定により生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。

3.3 損害賠償の制限

本アプリは現状有姿（AS IS）で提供されます。法令で許される最大限の範囲において、開発者は本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。

本アプリが提供する結果は参考情報であり、法的判断またはセキュリティ判断の最終的な根拠となるものではありません。

4. ライセンスモデル

4.1 Free 版

Python プロジェクトのスキャン、ローカル脆弱性照合、SBOM 出力、HTML レポート生成等の基本機能を無料で利用できます。

4.2 Pro 版

5. 知的財産権

本アプリおよび付随するドキュメント等に関する知的財産権は、第三者に権利が帰属するものを除き、開発者（SumikkoLab）に帰属します。

6. 利用制限

以下の行為を禁止します。

  1. 法令で認められる場合を除き、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
  2. 本アプリの再配布、転売、サブライセンス
  3. 本アプリを利用した違法行為

7. 規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内で通知します。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern the use of the desktop application "Dependa" (hereinafter "the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is a tool designed to assist in detecting vulnerability and license risks in dependency libraries used by software projects.

3. Disclaimer

3.1 Detection Accuracy

  • The App does not guarantee complete detection of all vulnerabilities or license risks.
  • Vulnerability databases and license information are updated periodically but may not cover all the latest data.
  • Scan results should be used as reference information only.

3.2 Decision Responsibility

  • Final responsibility for security and legal decisions rests with the user.
  • The developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from decisions made solely based on the App's scan results.

3.3 Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

Results provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered definitive legal or security advice.

4. License Model

4.1 Free Edition

Basic features including Python project scanning, local vulnerability matching, SBOM output, and HTML report generation are available at no cost.

4.2 Pro Edition

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the App and related documentation belong to the developer (SumikkoLab), except for components or materials owned by third parties.

6. Restrictions

The following activities are prohibited:

  1. Except where permitted by applicable law, reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the App
  2. Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the App
  3. Using the App for any illegal purpose

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as needed. Users will be notified within the App of any significant changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
